Clean penetrations, exactly where your drawings need them

Every trade on a commercial job needs holes through concrete, and every one of those holes has to land in the right place without hitting what is already in the slab. Premium Concrete Technologies provides core drilling for general contractors and MEP trades across Tampa Bay and Central Florida.

We scan before we core, set up each hole to your layout and control water and slurry as we drill, so your trades get round, clean penetrations and a workable area.
